 Vlad went on to become an Enrolled Agent with IRS on April 9th, 2012. As a tax professional, Vlad has helped hundreds of individuals, families and small businesses navigate the complex US Tax Code. His years of experience and ongoing tax education enable him to solve the most complex tax issues and disputes. As an Enrolled Agent with the IRS, Vlad has represented taxpayers not only in Nevada but throughout the US and foreign countries as well.  He was interviewed and quoted by New York Times, Time Magazine, Reuters, Money, and others. Since 2015 Vlad has been teaching monthly tax workshops to new business owners on behalf of the IRS at the Nevada Department of Taxation.

  Yulia earned her Master’s degree in Economics from The St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance. Originally from Kyiv, Ukraine Yulia has worked at the National Bank of Ukraine for eleven years as a Chief economist in the Money Market Analysis and Forecasting Department. Her specialties included analyzing the foreign exchange market, predicting the national currency's exchange rate, and analyzing the stock markets. 

She also has worked as Chief specialist for the Ukrainian Government where her responsibilities included collaborating with international financial organizations and regulating aspects of foreign economic policy. 

As a Senior Tax Preparer at Lapochkin Tax & Co since 2021, Yulia’s exceptional attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills ensures accurate tax return preparation on behalf of our clients.  

Olga has a master's degree in Finance and Credit from Krasnodar State University. 

Upon graduation, she worked as a senior banking officer with commercial banks. Her responsibilities included helping companies and individual clients to determine the most appropriate financial services and products. 

Currently, she is pursuing a Degree in Accounting at the College of Southern Nevada while serving our clients in the position of Office Manager.
